Privacy Policy

This policy applies to visitors of www.tcorp.co.in and to individuals who contact T Corp about consulting, auditing, training or sustainability services. It does not replace the confidentiality terms agreed inside a signed engagement, which take precedence for client project information.

T Corp is the data fiduciary for the information described here, and processes personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.

Information you give us: your name, organization, role, email address, telephone number, site or location details, and whatever you choose to describe about your requirement when you write to us, call us, or submit an enquiry form.

Information collected automatically: standard technical data such as browser type, device type, approximate region, referring page and pages visited. This is used in aggregate to keep the site working and useful, and it is described further in our Cookie Policy.

Information gathered during an engagement: audit observations, site documentation, process records and similar material shared by a client. This is treated as confidential client information, not marketing data, and is handled under the terms of the engagement.

To respond to your enquiry and understand whether we are the right partner for it. To prepare proposals, scopes and estimates. To deliver an agreed assignment and communicate with your team during it. To maintain business, tax and statutory records. To send occasional service updates where you have asked to receive them.

We do not use personal information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell, rent or trade it.

Access inside T Corp is limited to the people working on your enquiry or engagement.

Outside T Corp, information may be shared with vetted service providers who support our operations (for example email, hosting and accounting providers), with subject matter experts or associate auditors engaged on your assignment under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities or advisors where disclosure is required by law or necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

Enquiries that do not proceed are retained only as long as they remain commercially relevant, and are then deleted. Engagement records, audit reports and related correspondence are retained for the period required by our professional, contractual and statutory obligations, after which they are securely destroyed.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access control, encrypted transmission, restricted document sharing and confidentiality commitments from everyone working on an assignment. No system can be guaranteed impenetrable, so we also limit what we collect in the first place.

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a correction, ask for deletion where we are not required to retain it, withdraw a consent you previously gave, or nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.

Write to us using the contact details below and we will respond within a reasonable period. Where a request cannot be met in full, we will explain why.

This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Pages may link to third-party websites, such as a professional network profile or a partner organization. Those sites have their own privacy practices and are outside our control.

We update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. The revised version takes effect when it is published here, and the date above will always tell you which version you are reading.
