This website is operated by T Corp (Tipnis Corporation), a consulting, auditing and training firm based in Mumbai, India. It describes what we do and how to reach us.

Everything published here is general information. It is not consulting, audit, safety, legal or regulatory advice, and it should not be acted on as a substitute for a professional assessment of your own site, systems or obligations.

Reading this website, downloading material from it or sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship. An engagement begins only when scope, deliverables, timelines and commercial terms are agreed in writing between the parties, and those signed terms prevail over anything stated here.

Please send only information you are authorized to share, and do not send confidential client data, personal data belonging to third parties, or sensitive site documentation through an unsecured web form. If an assignment is likely, we will agree a confidentiality arrangement and a secure route for material before it is exchanged.

An enquiry is an invitation to discuss work. It does not oblige either party to proceed.

The T Corp name, logo, page design, written copy, graphics, frameworks and methodologies shown on this site belong to T Corp or its licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

You may view pages and print or share a reasonable extract for your own non-commercial reference, provided T Corp is credited and the material is not altered. Republishing, systematic copying, resale, or use of our material to train or supply a competing service is not permitted without written consent.

Reports, audit findings and training material produced during an engagement are governed by the intellectual property terms of that engagement.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure, introduce malicious code, scrape it at a scale that degrades service for others, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the site in a way that breaks applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of this website.
